He has held different positions in the financial system for more than 15 years. He has extensive knowledge in corporate finance, financial modeling, valuations, bank and non-bank financing structuring.
He has experience in multiple M&A transactions, leading share and/or asset purchase-sale processes.
In his career, he has held positions at the executive and managerial level in different areas, standing out as a business advisor to companies in different fields, administrative, financial and risk management in a private financial services company.
